Biography:

Andrew’s lengthy and distinguished officiating career included 32 years as an Illinois High School Association basketball official. His postseason assignments were highlighted by working the IHSA state tournament finals in 2000 and 2001, including the Class AA state championship game in 2001.

Andrew has been instrumental in serving officials in the Chicago area. He has filled the role of the officials’ assignor for the City Colleges of Chicago Conference and the Chicago Elite Classic.  He was a respected official for those schools as well.
