Biography:

Frank was Illinois’ Mr. Basketball as a (Peoria) Manual High School senior in 1998. A 6-3 point guard, he helped Manual to two IHSA state championships and was a McDonald’s All-American Player, averaging 22.8 points, 6.4 rebounds and 5.0 assists his senior year.

Frank played at The University of Illinois-Champaign and was named to the Illini’s All-Century Team. He was the Big Ten Player of the Year and led Illinois to league titles in 2001 and 2002. He played three years in the NBA and eight overall professionally.
