Biography: Jay entered the HOF with a 426-230 career record including 412-222 at (Rock Island) Alleman High School.  His girls’ teams there made 3 IHSA Elite Eight appearances, highlighted by a state championship in 2005 and a 3rd place finish in 2002.  Jay was the 2005 IBCA Coach of the Year.  His teams have won 16 IHSA Regional Championships, 7 IHSA Sectional titles and 3 super-sectional games in his 23 years at Alleman.  After a 2 year break from coaching, Jay returns to coaching the girls program at (Port Byron) Riverdale High School.
