Biography:

A 5-foot-10 forward, Angie was a four-year starter at (Chicago) Whitney Young High School, averaging 23 points, 10 rebounds and four assists on a 25-5 team as a senior in 1983-84. A two-time all-stater, she averaged 28 points and 12.4 rebounds as a junior.

Angie chose The University of Illinois over The University of Oregon, totaling 1,116 points, 549 rebounds, 274 assists and 182 steals in her Illini career. She made 73 percent of her free-throw attempts to rank 15th at Illinois for career accuracy.
