Biography:

Gary Foss of Camp Point was an integral part of the Central junior and senior high basketball programs for more than 20 years. Foss’ voice is easily recognized throughout the community and with good reason. For more than 20 years he served both schools as their public address announcer for basketball and other athletics for boys and girls.

Foss took his position quite seriously by always displaying a commitment to excellence. Because of his personality and proficiency, he won respect and popularity with players, coaches, faculty, administration and the entire community. His devotion to athletics and youth was second to none.
