Biography:

Leading to his induction, Scott had officiated basketball for 35 years and had been very active in furthering the careers of fellow officials. In addition to his many season and tournament assignments, he was instrumental in mentoring, educating and training officials through the years.

Scott belongs to the Suburban Basketball Officials Association, the North Suburban Officials Association and the Elgin Area Officials Association. He has volunteered his time evaluating and training officials at IHSA clinics each year.
