Biography:

During her career, Dawn totaled 1,383 points, 844 rebounds, 165 blocked shots and 376 assists at (Des Plaines) Maine West High School. She was a three-time all-conference selection, a two-time IBCA all-state pick and was named the Illinois Gatorade Player of the Year.

Dawn also was selected as the Daily Herald and Chicago Sun-Times Player of the Year. She went on to play at The University of Illinois-Champaign, where she helped the Illini to two NCAA Tournament appearances and two trips to the WNIT.
