Biography: Amber began her high school career at Carrollton High School, helping the Lady Hawks win back-to-back IHSA Class A State Championships.  She was a 1st Team all-state player both seasons and surpassed 1,000 points before transferring to Edwardsville High School for her final two seasons.  Amber helped the Tigers to an IHSA Class AA Elite Eight berth and eclipsed 1,000 points.  She played collegiately at Illinois State University and Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, earning All-American Player honors at SIU-E.  She averaged 20.4 ppg for the Cougars and ranked 10th in career points scored upon her graduation in 2008.
