Biography: Jeff played on Venice High School’s 1975 Class A IHSA State Championship Team.  He averaged 15 ppg and 7 apg for his career at Venice.  He moved on to play at Lincoln Trail College, where he set the single game assists record with 16.  He was also named NJCAA National Player of the Year.  Jeff transferred to Parks College for his sophomore year, averaging 25.4 ppg.  He set the Parks’ career points record with 2,361 points scored .  He also set the single game mark with 40 points scored.
