Biography: Don set a single game soring record for Collinsville High School and became the 1st Kahok player to average 20+ ppg–20.6 in 1952.  He was a 2-time all conference selection and an all-state player as a senior.  He went on to become an all-state junior college player at Ventura Junior College (CA) before continuing at Southeast Missouri State University.  He was all-MAIA for both seasons there and the conference leading scorer as a senior.  He also became the 1st player at SE MO ST to score 20+ ppg–20.3.  Don died on February 10, 2011 at the age of 76.
