Biography: Jeff Hickman left Lockport Central HS as its all time leading scorer.  At Lockport, a school rich in the basketball traditions of the South Suburban Chicago area, Jeff was coached by IBCA coach of the year winner Bob Basarich.  Jeff went on to star at the University of Houston until he was injured in a freak automobile accident.  Jeff is one of the greatest players to come from the south suburbs.  Jeff passed away on February 1, 2020.
