Biography: April was a 4-year  starter at Cissna Park Crescent Iroquois High School.  She totaled 1,661 career points, 559 career rebounds, and 306 career assists.  Each of these achievements placed her 3rd on the career lists at CPCI.  April led the Timberwolves to 3 IHSA Regional titles, 2 IHSA Sectional championships, and 1 IHSA Elite Eight appearance.  April was a 2nd team IBCA All-State player.  CPCI retired her jersey #23 in 2008.  She went on to play at Wabash Valley Junior College and the University of Arkansas.
