Biography: Matt was a three-year starter at Centralia High School. He scored 1,528 career points and played on Centralia’s third-place IHSA Class 2A state team.  Matt went on to play four years at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. He was on the Salukis’ 2005 and 2007 Missouri Valley Conference championship teams. He played in three NCAA tournaments, reaching the Sweet 16 as a junior. He totaled 1,363 points and 741 rebounds before playing professionally in Spain, Portugal and Angola.
