Biography: Tommy scored 1,643 career points at Johnston City High School from 1961-65.  During his senior season, he averaged 23.5 ppg and 15 rpg.  Tommy led the team in assists as well.  Tommy went on to play 3 seasons at St. Louis University.  He scored 706 career points for an average of 9.2 ppg.  He averaged 13.7 points and 4.6 rebounds during his senior season with the Billikens.  Tommy received his award posthumously as he died on July 12, 2016.
