Biography: Matt had a stellar career at (Farina) South Central High School, highlighted by a senior season in which he averaged 20.2 ppg and 10.6 rpg on a 28-4 super-sectional team.  Matt went on to a record-setting career at McKendree University, becoming the career scoring leader with 2,874 points scored.  He also ranked as high as 3rd in career rebounds with 1,522.  He helped McKendree to four national tournament berths and was the NAIA Division I national Player of the Year.
