Biography: Tara set the AlWood High School record with 38 points in a game.  She averaged 20 ppg and was a three-time all conference players as well as Player of the Year by The Quad City Times and The Rock Island Argus.  Tara was a two-time first team all state player and led AlWood to a state runner-up finsih her junior year, followed by an Elite Eight appearance during her senior season.  She went on to star at Carl Sandburg College, helping them to a second place finish in the NJCAA tournament.
