Biography: Dick Leiber is well-known throughout Illinois as a basketball official. Leiber worked state tournaments at Champaign in 1972, 1973, and 1974 to highlight a career of 33 years. Leiber has worked many regional, sectional, and super-sectionals for the Illinois High School Association. Leiber also has worked the Illinois Basketball Coaches All-Star game. Dick is also known as a coach for Lyons Township.
