Biography: Dick Kuzma was one of the Chicago Catholic League’s top basketball officials. In addition, Dick was one of the original members of the officiating staff in the National Basketball League after his 20 seasons in the Chicago Catholic League. (Note:  The NBL later merged to become part of the NBA that we know today).  As a baseball umpire, Kuzma served the Wisconsin, Eastern, and Northern Leagues as well as the American Association.
