Biography: Ron was on the court for many games in his 29 years of high school basketball officiating, working both girls’ and boys’ games. He was selected as the 2018-19 IHSA Girls’ Basketball Official of the Year.  Ron worked numerous IHSA Regionals, 12 IHSA Sectionals and 5 IHSA Super-sectionals. The pinnacle of his outstandning career was working the IHSA Girls’ state tournaments in 2016, 2017 and 2019.  He worked the Class 3A State Championship games in 2017 and 2019.
