Biography: Kevin’s officiating resume’ includes 39 years of manning a whistle on the IHSA(Ilinois High School Assocation) and NJCAA (National Junior College Athletic Association) levels.  His high school work features 24 IHSA Regionals, 11 IHSA Sectionals, 5 IHSA Super-sectionals and 3 IHSA State Finals.  Kevin worked the state finals in 1998, 1999, and 2001.  The highlight was working the state title game in 2001.  He officiated countless central and southern Illinois high school tournaments as well as NJCAA Regional and National Division II tournaments.
