Biography: Matt has covered Quincy High School basketball for 20-plus years for the Quincy Herald-Whig and wrote a book, Stand Up and Cheer, about the first 100 years of the Blue Devil basketball program. He spent two years researching, interviewing and writing to make the book and DVD a reality.  Matt also has been beat writer for Quincy University basketball and serves as WGEM Radio color commentator for Quincy High School and Quincy University basketball. He has been doing the radio broadcasts since 2002.
