Biography: Bill has been covering basketball for the Lacon/Toluca newspaper for 40+ years, dating back to Ralph Hallam’s Mid-County Bulldogs and Chuck Rolinski’s Toluca Woldcats.  He still covers those teams but the schools have merged and are now Midland High School and Fieldcrest High School.  Bill has worked with the IBCA for 40+ years as well by setting the Hall of Fame and All Star Game programs for print.
