Biography: At the time of his induction, Rodney had been an IHSA basketball official for 35 years.  Before donning a striped shirt, he was a standout player in the early 1970’s at Octavia High School.  His officiating career has included 28 IHSA Regionals, 24 IHSA Sectionals, 5 IHSA Super-sectional games and the 2007 IHSA Boys’ Class A State Tournament.  He worked alongside fellow inductee Cliff Armstrong.
