Biography: Joe has become a fixture as the official scorer for Carthage High School and now (Carthage) Illini West High School basketball. He has manned the scorebook for more than 1,400 boys’ basketball games and more than 500 girls’ games during his tenure.  Joe began helping with the boys’ basketball program in 1989 and with the girls’ program in 2003. In addition to being the official scorer, he has assisted in coaching football and basketball at the school.
