Biography: A retired teacher from O’Fallon Township High School, James has been a loyal Panther fan for 45+ years.  He served as O’Fallon’s scorekeeper for 25 of those years.  Tom helped raise funds to develop the school’s Sports Walk of Fame.  He played an integral role n the installation of the “Spirit of the Panther” sculpture in the lobby of the OTHS Panther Dome.  Tom has been described as O’Fallon’s “biggest and most consistent supporter and friend of the athletic program, basketball in particular.”
