Biography: For 25 years prior to his Hall of Fame induction, Vince Machiorletti served as (Ottawa) Marquette High School’s official scorer in basketball.  He was also their football timer for 28 years.  Vince bought a season ticket for both sports despite his official duties just to add additional support to their programs.  Before the school had bus service to take the players home after practice, Machiorletti was always around to make sure the boys had a way to get home.  At the 1974 Marquette All Sports banquet, Vince was recognized for his long and outstanding service to the school.  Vince Machiorletti died on June 10, 1998.
