Biography: Doug and Kathie Macisaac are like many of the state’s top basketball fans. They are avid, long-time fans of basketball, particularly as it’s played in Illinois. The Maciasaacs started by following only the local Waukegan teams. Over time, they expanded their interests to teams with quality programs. They would see games all around the state. For many years they were regular fixtures at the Pontiac Holiday Tournament and the Illinois State Tournament. Doug Macisaac passed away on January 11, 2012.  (Doug and Kathie are pictured here with  Hall of Fame Player (1985) Isaiah Thomas).
