Biography:

Donald was a basketball official for 52 years. His assignments included 40 IHSA regionals, 15 IHSA sectionals and the IHSA Class 3A/4A state finals in 2015 and 2017. He also officiated many college games and was on the Missouri Valley Conference men’s staff from 1992-2002.

Donald was an IHSA football official for 31 years, and in baseball, was the 2018 IHSA Official of the Year. He worked three IHSA state finals and umpired in more than 20 NCAA Division I conference tournaments.
