Biography:

 Lynn Callahan-Ruppert is a graduate of Springfield High School where she set City tournament records for points in a game (48) and tournament (114 in 3 games) and field goals in a game (21) and tournament (45). She averaged 27.6 points (the highest girls’ scoring average in Springfield history at that time) and 11 rebounds while shooting 56.7 percent from the field as a senior. She was named All-City and all-Big 12 Conference as a junior and senior and was inducted into the Springfield Sports Hall of Fame in 1994.
