Biography: Kerry’s 45-year teaching and coaching career was spent at (Calumet City) St Victor Grade School and (Lemont) St. Patrick Grade School.  Kerry retired in 2014.  He coached grade school boys and girls at St. Victor’s from 1972-the mid 1980’s.  He was a scout for (Chicago) Mendel Catholic High School from 1975-1984.  Kerry later served as a lower level coach and varsity assistant at (Dolton)Thornridge High School, was the freshman coach at (Chicago) Mt. Carmel High School and a scout for the Caravan while still coaching at St. Patrick’s.  Kerry’s induction to the Hall of Fame came posthumously as he passed on May 28, 2018.
