Biography: Richard’s 34 years in coaching has included stints at Providence Catholic, Lincoln-Way Central and Lincoln-Way West
high schools. He was boys head coach at Providence from 1982-2000, amassing 370 victories to become the winningest
coach in school history.  Richard also was an assistant from 1977-82 at Providence and was part of two state finals appearances and one state championship as an assistant and head coach. He was girls head coach at Lincoln-Way Central from 2002-2005.
