Biography: Frank totaled 365 victories in 22 years as a head coach at Chicago’s Westinghouse and Jones College Prep high schools. His teams won four conference championships, one Chicago Public League title and took third place in the IHSA state finals.  Frank coached 39 years in all, with 17 coming on lower levels at Niles Notre Dame, St. Ignatius, Westinghouse and Homewood-Flossmoor high schools. He was inducted into the Chicago Public Schools Hall of Fame in 2014.
