Biography: Mike’s coaching career spanned 40 yeaers.  This includes 9 years as head coach at (Bethalto) Civic Memorial High School where his teams won 5 regional titles, 4 conference championships, and the only sectional win in school history.  Mike spent 2 years as an assistant junior high coach and 13 as an assistant high school coach in Granite City.  He also was an assistant coach for 16 seasons at Roxana High School.
