Biography: Mike’s 25 years of coaching began with two years as a graduate assistant at Illinois State University.  He went on to be an assistant coach at West Leyden High Schol and Highland Park High School.  He then became head coach at Highland Park HS.  Mike led Highland Park to 193 wins, still a school record.  This included 4 conference titles and two regional championships.  He was the IBCA assistant executive director until the passing of founder Chuck Rolinski.
