Biography: Frank coached more than 1,200 games at (Chicago) St. Tarcissus, winning 80% of them.  He posted numerous junior high tournament victories and won more than 50 league playoff championships.  Frank was involved in CYO, earning a nomination as Chicago Archdiocese Man of the Year.  He founded the Northwest Parish League and the junior high gym at St. Tarcissus is named in Frank’s honor.
