Biography: In conjunction with fellow inductees Joe Bates, Harvey Cloyd, Sr., and Don Stovall, Bobby was instrumental in fostering and instructing officials in the Metro East area.  He helped form a leadership group that stressed proper mechanics and the importance of honoring game contracts.  Bobby and his colleagues worked diligently with officials on their comportment with school administrators, coaches, players, and fans.  Bobby was always readily available during clinics at the East St. Louis high schools.
