Biography: Along with his fellow inductees Joe Bates, Harvey Cloyd Sr., and Bobby Cole Sr.; Don Stovall was a pioneer in recruiting and developing officials in the St. Louis and East St. Louis areas.  He helped instill proper mechanics and fundamentals among veteran and beginning officials.  Don and his fellow leaders were available for rule book interpretation and case book knowledge.  They regularly evaluate officials on the junior varsity and varsity levels.
