Biography: Dan Dugan was involved with many aspects of Quincy High School basketball for the 29 years leading up to his induction including the Quincy Thanksgiving Holiday Tournament. Dugan was responsible for all the financial assistance necessary for the breakfast for the players, coaches and representatives. He totaled countless hours behind the scenes to make sure the Blue Devil tradition continued.  Dugan is certainly a true friend of basketball in Quincy by giving unselfishly many years of dedication to the program. His leadership and organization earned him the respect and appreciation of the players, coaches, parents, fans and administrators.
