Biography: Rodney was the manager at the boys and girls IBCA All Star games for 20+ years beginning in 1989.  He helps with the annual HOF selection meeting and is a loyal helper at the IBCA office while it was still in Toluca.  Rodney was a manager at Toluca High School from 1987-1990, when Coach Rolinski retired.
