Biography: Paul has served as the public address announcer at Bradley University basketball games for over 40 years, covering nearly 700 games.  He also has been the announcer for the IHSA boys state tournament in Peoria since 1996.  Paul is on the IHSA March Madness Playing in Peoria Steering Committee and a member of the Bradley Athletics Hall of Fame.  In 2009, he received the prestigious IHSA Service Award.
