Biography: The daughter of IBCA founder and longtime director, Chuck Rolinski, Toni worked along with her father and mother, Anita, in making the IBCA a success.  Among her countless contributions was helping plan the annual IBCA banquet.  Toni also helped with the IBCA All Star and Banquet programs.  The Rolinski family formed an incredible team.  The IBCA will always be grateful for their tireless efforts.  They helped make the IBCA one of the nation’s finest coaching organizations.
