Biography: Jimmy is considered to be one of the best sports public relations man in southern Illinois. It’s because he has broadcast hundreds of basketball games for WGGH Radio in Marion for 35 years.  His play by play coverage of Marion, Johnson City and West Frankfort games has made his voice a familiar one in the region.  Jimmy also has written a weekly sports column for these communities for 20 years. He has served as sports editor for The Marion Daily Republican newspaper.
