Biography: The sports editor of the Benton Evening News. Bob Tedrow is an acknowledged authority on all aspects of high school sports in Illinois and a walking reference book on anything connected with Benton sports.  Bob has been completely paralyzed since shortly before his graduation from high school, when he was hurt in a traffic accident.  Bob does all of his work from  a wheelchair and has been the subject of news articles by national wire services because of the way he has used his will and determination to overcome a handicap that would appear insurmountable for most people.  Bob has also been active in business and served on the Benton city council.
