Biography: T.O. White was a member of the Champaign News-Gazette sports staff for over 25 years, he was one of the most respected and popular sports writers in Central Illinois.  T.O. has probably interviewed more prep basketball coaches at the state tournament than any other writer.  T.O. was a resident of the Champaign area most of his life and was a sports institution in that area.
