Biography: Todd has been a boys’ basketball official for nearly 30 years.  In addition to working numerous holiday tournaments, he has officiated 17 IHSA Regional tournaments, 11 IHSA Sectional tournaments, and 4 IHSA Super-sectional games.  The pinnacle of his stellar career was working in Peoria for 2 IHSA state finals, including the Class 2A championship game in 2015.
