Biography: Sonny had a distinguished 22-year officiating career.  He earned numerous IHSA Regional, Sectional, and Super-sectional assignments.  The highlight of his career came as he officiated the Boys’ IHSA Class 3A State Finals in 2015 and 2016.  In 2016, he earned the nod to referee the championship game.  Sonny has done his part to help train other officials.  He served as a clinician for the Mid-Suburban League as part of MSL Hoops.
