Biography: Rich was an official in the Chicago Catholic League and the Chicago Public League for 37 years.  He also worked on the NCAA Divisions I, II, and III for 20 years.  “Chico” is a former basketball standout at (Chicago) Leo High School and Loyola University.  He has been inducted into the Leo High School, Central Officials Association and Chicago Public League Halls of Fame.
