Biography: At the time of his induction, Keith had been an IHSA basketball official for 29 seasons and continued to work the Chicago Public League games.  He worked city championship games in 1996, 1997, 1998, and 2003.  Keith also officiated for many years on the collegiate level, working in the Big Ten Conference from 1995-2003.  He worked in the NBA from 1993-1998.  He has been a member of the International Pro-Am Basketball Officials Association.
