Biography: Gerry was an IHSA member official from 1976 to 2009. His high school basketball work included 20 regional championship
games and 15 sectional tournaments.  Gerry also officiated in collegiate women’s basketball for 26 years, working numerous conferences including the Big Ten and Big East. His college basketball officiating career was highlighted by 13 NCAA first-round games, five regional semifinals and two regional finals.
