Biography: Joe Przada worked more than 1800 prep basketball games as an IHSA official from 1940-1961.  His officiating included the state finals in 1952-53-54; college basketball in Illinois-Missouri-Kentucky and baseball umpiring for 50 years.  His baseball duties included the state finals from 1941-1946 and 1949-54.  Joe umpired in the Sally League, the Piedmont League and the Mexican League in 1946-47.  A graduate of East St. Louis HS, Joe died in August of 1971.
